Artist's Statement
Sofia Duarte is committed to creating music based on ideals of authenticity, vulnerability, and femininity. From ballads of yearning, to fits of rage, Sofia Duarte dissects the intersectionality between religion, sexuality, family, desire, and how nature is at the root of it all.

Although music is her passion, Sofia Duarte has found herself to be quite comfortable in front of the camera, partaking in a plethora of photoshoots.
Recording Music
By teaching herself the art of recording music at 17, Duarte discovered her personal style: lots of layers and harmonies, and quickly discovered a newfound passion for recording/producing music.
